02 · History
The first generation was born in Ise. In 1921 they opened a tempura-and-sushi shop in Monzen-nakachō, Fukagawa. After the war, in 1948, the shop moved to Tsukiji and turned toward fugu.
Since then, on this alley, the shop has turned the seasons with the market and held the winter feasts. The multi-floor warren of tatami rooms, filling the whole building, still lights up for the year-end banquets.
One principle, held firm: fugu at a reachable price, quality never compromised. That is the way of Tentake.
